University of Tunis El Manar – Faculty of Sciences

The Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences of Tunis (Faculté des Sciences de Tunis - FST) recognized as the first nucleus for modern scientific teaching in Tunisia. Today, it is one of the largest and most prestigious scientific institutions in the country, known for its rigorous academic standards and its status as a leading research hub in the Mediterranean region.

The mission of FST is focused on providing excellence in fundamental and applied sciences to catalyze Tunisia's transition toward a technologically advanced and scientifically sovereign nation. This mandate involves managing six major departments, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geology, and Computer Science, providing authoritative technical guidance on national research priorities, and acting as the primary national interface for training the next generation of engineers and researchers through its specialized doctoral schools and engineering cycles.
