University of Buea is a public, English‑speaking university located in Buea, Southwest Region, Cameroon. Known locally as “Knowledge with Wisdom,” it offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programmes across multiple faculties and schools. The university blends English‑language academic traditions within Cameroon’s bilingual, multicultural context and draws students from both anglophone and francophone regions as well as neighbouring countries.

The campus lies at the foot of Mount Cameroon and supports research, innovation, and community engagement across diverse disciplines.
